I've liked my interactions with it. It's kind of neat to get "personalized" attention. Sometimes you just don't want to Google it, or it's not a straight-out search.

Otavo treats the Q&A process as "quests." I like the concept they have around "joining a quest,"....

While this isn't an actual link to a post on Otavo, Google Alerts is how I track all things in this manner:

"What are Google Alerts?

Google Alerts are emails automatically sent to you when there are new Google results for your search terms. We currently offer four types of alerts: 'News,' 'Web,' 'News & Web,' and 'Groups.'"

So basically you enter "Otavo" or "otavo.com" and every time google comes across a new item it will email you with a link.

Also really useful to track your own name to see your friends and family talking crap about you.

I have been holding on on writing about Otavo as I am really into it and I wanted to make sure I really liked it one week later... Otavo is a awesome service that allows you to group up with other people of interest on quests.

Otavo is a great little start up out of Ontario Canada that makes finding the answer to questions easier.

....Otavo users can ask and answer questions, organize and comment on bookmarks and share their goals in a social context. Think del.icio.us + ask.metafilter + 43Things wrapped in a nice UI with points for participation and prizes for the top users. Very cool....
