Filter RSS Feeds
Quest details: I want better control over my collection of RSS feeds. I want to be able to group, filter and rank feed items according to my own specifications.
I want the grouping to be flexible so that I can group certain feeds together or group by selected tags across several feeds.
I want to be able to black-list or white-list specific terms or maybe even using text patterns to filter news items into different groups or to remove those items all together.
Finally, I want to see the most interesting items in each group at a glance by ranking how many and how often the tags I'm looking for appear in the news items.
What kind of software or online services are there out there that could do this for me?

It recommends topics, visualized points of intersection between topics and new feeds based on your interaction with the subscriptions you already have. The implementation is a little slow and it’s nothing pretty to look at, but the technology is interesting."

Feeds 2.0
Feeds 2.0 looks pretty cool. I really like how it learns from your preferences and ranks the articles accordingly. Hopefully you can filter out news items with low ranks.
