Share links between quests

So, one thing that seems to be apparent is that you and I and bill and sandy and ketan and haiyan can all start the exact same quest. Independently. And we may never know of the others. And (degenerately) may all have wildly different sets of StoreMarks.

In a perfect world, there would be only one I want to learn web design quest and all 7who cared would embark on that same quest together.

How do you solve that?

One possible way is to do a natural language search on the noun/verb terms in the new quest form and prompt a response prior to creation that is something along the lines of, "Here are some other quests that may be related. Would you like to join any of them instead?"

Just one idea... there may be other ways to solve the problem (like merging)... my main goal is to spark dialog on how to deal with seven separate quests that are identical in definition, membership, and links. That just seems pointless (to me).
