AJAX updates

Ajax has been sprinkled in the site to improve usability where it was lacking.

Adding/Removing user buddies now is ajax'd

The latest quests on the sidebar now is also ajaxed to page through the active quests.

More sprinkling is yet come.

(After all AJAX functions are in place the html will get some cleaning to make it leaner. For those that noticed, and feel everywhere is a bad thing we agree)
